SHIPPING

As many of our Wilde Asher pieces are made to order, please allow up to ten days before some items are shipped.  For further information, please see the product description on your chosen piece or email us at info@wildeasher.com for more details. 

You will receive a notification email once your purchase has been shipped.

We are happy to offer Free Shipping domestically within Australia. Express Shipping can be purchased for $5.

$10 flat rate shipping on International orders
Please be aware International orders will not be trackable unless registered.

Free shipping on orders over $100 world wide

All international customers are responsible for the rates within their own country. Please contact your local customs office for further information. Wilde Asher will declare the full $ value on international orders and shipments, a lower value cannot be placed on package.

We love to see you totally happy with your new Wilde Asher piece, so please read our returns policy carefully prior to purchase. 

All items are checked before being shipped for quality assurance; great care is taken to ensure package arrives in their original condition.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to the handcrafted nature of our wares, no refunds will be given after purchases are made.  However, if you are unhappy with your item, you may return the product in exchange for another piece or  a store credit. Returns must be made within 10 working days after receiving the item.  All items exchanged must be unworn and in its original condition as received, this includes all packaging and tags attached.

Wilde Asher cannot be held responsible for items that may be lost or damaged during an exchange or return. On exchange or return please be careful to address clearly, wrap secure and registered post is recommended. Any items not securely packaged will not be accepted.

Please choose carefully, if it is simply a change of mind you will be charged shipping.

Wilde Asher is not responsible for any shipping cost that occurs for an exchanged item.

Faulty or Damaged Items

No returns or exchanges will be given on any broken or damaged items, unless damaged in transit on original purchase.  If any item is received broken or damaged you must email info@wildeasher.com within 24 hours of receiving your package.

If your product arrives and is damaged, you may return the piece for exchange or store credit within 10 working days. General wear and tear that occurs from normal use is not considered a fault. 

If an item is faulty Wilde Asher is happy to replace or mend the piece, as long as there is proof of purchase and is within 6 months of purchase. Email info@wildeasher.com for more details. 

Sales Items 

All Sale Items are final and cannot be returned.Wilde Asher does not offers Refunds or Exchanges on Sale Items.
