If you are looking to return an item for refund or store credit please read the information below and email firstname.lastname@example.org with your request. Please include your full name, address, order number and information about the item/s purchased in your email.
We know shopping online can be tricky, especially unique items like vintage clothing and love to see you totally happy with your Wilde Asher purchase, so please read our returns policy carefully prior to ordering.
All items are checked before being shipped for quality assurance; great care is taken to ensure package arrives in their original condition.REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Wilde Asher is happy to offer a refund or store credit if you are unhappy with your purchase. Please note:
- The return must be within 14 business days of purchase
- Purchases of sales items are final and can not be returned
- All returned items must be unworn and in its original condition as received, including packaging.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
- If your return meets refund requirements it will be processed in 1-2 business days once we have received your parcel.
- We will credit your original method of payment or issue a store credit within 5 business days of return of item, minus original shipping charges or issue.
- Wilde Asher cannot be held responsible for items that may be lost or damaged during a return. On return please be careful to address clearly, wrap secure and registered post is recommended.
All Sale Items are final and cannot be returned. Wilde Asher does not offer Refunds on Sale Items.
A refund will be given if your product is faulty. Please remember that due to the preloved nature of vintage and second hand garments, some items will have natural wear marks. Please read the description of the item carefully as it will include the condition of the item and any marks or repairs that have been made. As part of our environmental philosophy is give these items a second chance, we hope that you will embrace garments that are 'less than perfect' condition.
